Pesto Linguine With Clams
It looks fancy, but it's actually super simple.

olive oil

large cloves garlic, thinly sliced

small red chile, thinly sliced

dry white wine
Kosher salt

littleneck or Manila clams

Directions
- Cook linguine per package directions, then drain and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium. Add garlic and chile and cook, stirring, until beginning to brown, 1 minute. Add wine and 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.
- Add clams, reduce heat, and simmer, covered, just until clams have opened, 4 to 6 minutes. Toss clams with pesto and then linguine.
