Wedge Salad With Creamy Herb Dressing

For a twist on a typical wedge salad, opt for an all-green dressing of sour cream, parsley, chives, dill, mustard. and vinegar.

Ingredients

c.
sour cream
1/4
c.
flat-leaf parsley
2
tbsp.
chopped fresh chives, plus more for serving
2
tbsp.
fresh dill
2
tsp.
Dijon mustard
1 1/2
tbsp.
white wine vinegar
Kosher salt and pepper

head iceberg lettuce
Directions
- In mini blender, puree sour cream, parsley, chives, dill, mustard, vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Cut lettuce into wedges and arrange on platter, then drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with chives
and cracked pepper.
