cloves garlic, roughly chopped


bunch parsley

1/4 c.

toasted walnuts

1/4 c.

olive oil

1/4 c.

freshly grated Parmesan

1 tsp.

red pepper flakes

  1. Cook pasta per package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend garlic, parsley, walnuts, olive oil and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Toss cooked pasta with pesto and red pepper flakes to coat.
